Job Description
E&H Integrated Systems is seeking a VoIP Telecom Technician to become an integral part of our team in Louisville, KY. The role involves designing and configuring data communication systems and identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities
Supervise installation and maintenance of communication and data networks
Adjust voice and video configurations to minimize communication disruptions
Provide training and support to the telecommunications team
Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions
Order and maintain inventory stock supplies
Qualifications
Previous experience in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or related fields
3 to 5 years of experience in installation of VOIP telecommunication systems
Experience with Avaya is a plus
Familiarity with telecommunications equipmentStrong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay Depending on Experience (PDE)
