Experienced Automotive Technician – 1st Shift $4,000–$6,000 Bonus
We’re looking for automotive mechanics with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience to join us at Carvana – the fastest‑growing used‑car retailer in U.S. history.
As an Experienced Automotive Technician, you will perform a full range of automotive repairs—from light maintenance to heavy engine work—and diagnostics on our vehicles.
Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, ranging from timing belts and suspension systems to heavy engine work.
Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
Complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and climate‑control systems including ACs and heater cores.

Pay Range: $20–31 hourly. Bonus: $4,000–$6,000 depending on experience.

General Qualifications And Requirements:
Physically able to operate vehicle equipment and tools—must lift up to 60 lbs independently.
At least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, optional MVR check.
Able to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, sometimes exposed to extreme weather conditions (heat/cold).
Use of safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
