About the Role The Master Automotive Technician performs a full range of repairs, from light maintenance to heavy engine work, and diagnostics on our vehicles. You’ll work in one of our high‑tech Inspection Centers, using state‑of‑the‑art tools.

Responsibilities

Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension, and heavy engine work.

Diagnose and repair advanced electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.

Complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and climate‑control systems (ACs and heater cores).

Schedule & Compensation Work 1st shift with potential mandatory overtime as business needs arise. Pay range: $20–$31 per hour, plus a $4,000–$6,000 bonus based on experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license; some positions may require a motor‑vehicle‑records (MVR) check.

Minimum of 3 years professional automotive repair experience.

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.

Experience in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment; ready to work under varying weather conditions.

Use of safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, etc.).

Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.

Successful completion of background check; visa sponsorship not available.
