Job Overview

We are hiring a Roadside Technician – an emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets. You will be dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires, and be on the road when performing your job duties. When no service calls are pending, you will help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform other general duties. Responsibilities

Respond to customer tire failures at their location. Repair or change tires on semi-trucks. Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary. Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements. Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including wearing proper PPE and using tire cages. Assist with shop maintenance and organization during downtime. Shift Information

The position includes participation in a mandatory on‑call rotation. During an assigned on‑call period, technicians are expected to respond to after‑hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—with a high acceptance rate and will be compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums. Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements. At least 21 years old. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous commercial service tire experience preferred. Experience
