Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization, and they want you to join their team as a
Made to Order (MTO)
Machinist .
Primary Responsibilities as a MTO Machinist:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual grinding, CNC Grinding/Lathes, Heat Treat, and Sand Blasting processes
Produce products while maintaining daily production totals and quality standards
Monitor part conformance and inspect products using precision measuring equipment
Perform basic CNC program adjustments and daily data entry
Maintain production levels and perform rework on non-conforming parts as needed
Occasionally set up and operate chrome plating processes and procedures
Skills and Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior CNC, manual grinding, or similar manufacturing/machine operation experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts (8+ hours)
Basic understanding of CNC programming and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment
