General Job Description
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our in‑house Legal team. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of legal matters—including contracts, litigation, and compliance—and play a key part in keeping our operations accurate and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with attorneys and cross‑functional partners while gaining hands‑on experience across multiple legal disciplines. What You’ll Do Contracts
Assist with reviewing and editing agreements.
Track key dates, deadlines, and contractual obligations.
Litigation
Support attorneys with case preparation, discovery, legal research, and document management.
Organize and maintain litigation files and materials.
Compliance
Support ongoing compliance programs and policy updates.
Monitor regulatory changes and assist with implementation needs.
General Legal Support
Maintain legal files, databases, and calendars.
Serve as a resource to attorneys and the broader legal team.
Minimum Education Associates
Minimum Years of Experience 0‑2
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies (required).
Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in a legal setting (internship experience counts!).
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal or contract management software is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, data entry).
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, scanner).
