Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX, for a Legal Receptionist at Maatuka Al-Heeti Emkes LLC. The Legal Receptionist will handle daily administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, welcoming clients and visitors, managing appointments and schedules, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role also involves legal document preparation, maintaining organized records, and effectively communicating with attorneys, clients, and office staff. Exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and client service are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues

Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and familiarity with legal terminology and processes

Experience with Receptionist Duties, including schedule management, organizational tasks, and office administration

Basic knowledge or familiarity with Law to assist with legal office functions

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Proficiency in office software and technology

Prior experience in a legal or professional office environment is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in administrative or legal studies are an advantage

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
