Litigation Legal Assistant
to handle a high-volume personal injury caseload, support our trial team, and take advantage of the growth opportunities that come with our rapidly expanding practice.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to litigation paralegal and attorney.
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Assisting with legal research.
Assisting in the discovery process, including depositions, subpoenas, interviews, etc.
Assisting in reviewing and responding to interrogatories and discovery.
Assisting in preparing and serving deposition subpoenas for production of records and personal appearances.
Assisting with preparation for trials.
Maintaining accurate and organized case files and calendar.
Assisting with preparing legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, and motions.
Preparing closing statements.
Requirements
2+ years
of Florida Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant experience (trial experience a big plus!)
Experience handling heavy caseloads with strict deadlines.
Strong drafting and case management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and FileVine (or similar).
What We Offer
Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.
Location: Winter Springs, FL Salary: $45,000.00–$85,000.00
