Litigation Paralegal

to handle a high-volume personal injury caseload, support our trial team, and take advantage of the growth opportunities that come with our rapidly expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities

Manage active PI litigation cases from complaint through resolution

Draft complaints, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents

Review and summarize medical records and develop damages packages

Prepare mediation, deposition, and trial materials

Coordinate with opposing counsel on discovery and litigation matters

Support attorneys with trial prep when needed

Be the trial attorney’s right hand during trial preparation.

Supervise assistants and other staff.

Requirements

3+ years

of Florida Personal Injury litigation paralegal experience (trial experience a big plus!)

Experience handling heavy caseloads with strict deadlines

Strong drafting and case management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and FileVine (or similar)
