Legal Assistant - Litigation

in their beautiful West Palm Beach office. This role is Hybrid. Join a robust team in the Commercial Litigation Group and work with a team of paralegals who provide comprehensive support to the attorneys.

Responsibilities

Calendaring, scheduling meetings and providing support to the group’s Litigation attorneys and paralegals.

Maintains strict confidentiality of matters and information.

Interact with court personnel, attorneys and staff to obtain and provide data, answer questions, and resolve problems.

Prepare and review letters and memoranda using document management systems.

Processes requests for payment and reimbursements.

Assists in managing client contacts, emails, and print documents as well as processing mail.

Files documents with courts electronically.

Drafts documents and filings.

Qualifications

3+ years litigation experience in a law firm or in-house setting

Proficiency with InTapp, iManage and Bighand preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work onsite in West Palm Beach, Florida office 4 days a week

Compensation:

$46,000 - $63,000 based on experience.
