Job Title:
Legal Assistant / Litigation Paralegal
Location:
Tulsa, OK
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | Hybrid flexibility during inclement weather
This role is to support litigation matters and assist attorneys with case preparation, documentation, and client communication. Prior
bad faith litigation experience is preferred .
Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and witnesses
Draft pleadings and discovery
Prepare and organize case documents
Maintain case files and documentation
Provide administrative and litigation support
Attend depositions and trial as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Litigation Paralegal (bad faith preferred)
Knowledge of legal procedures and court systems
Strong written, verbal, and research skills
Highly organized; able to multitask under deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
