Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant/Litigation Paralegal to join our team. In this role you will assist judges and lawyers, carry out client communications, compile case materials, conduct research and support litigation efforts. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail‑oriented.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and witnesses
Prepare case‑specific documents
Ensure that case‑related documents are well organized and available for review
Draft pleadings and discovery
Maintain and update documentation
Provide general administrative support
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant/Litigation Paralegal, preferably handling complex or bad‑faith cases
Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology and the court system
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with document management experience
Excellent research skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and case‑management software
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Willingness to attend depositions and trial
