Requirements
Draft Complaints and Initial Discovery
Personal Injury experience
Forward complaints to process servers and monitor service of process
Draft Discovery Responses
Calendaring and noticing depositions and leaves of absence
Draft and file standard motions and motion responses
Maintain litigation timelines
Conduct status update calls with clients
Client update calls
Send and follow up on non‑party discovery requests
Assist in trial preparation
