Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
Job Summary We are looking for a skilled paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law, specifically handling medical records, chronologies, and summaries. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and experience supporting attorneys in all stages of pre‑litigation and litigation.
Responsibilities
Review, request, and organize medical records.
Draft clear and concise medical chronologies and summaries.
Identify key injuries, treatments, and gaps in care.
Communicate with providers, clients, and insurance companies.
Assist with demand packages and trial preparation.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case files.
Support attorneys with case development and strategy.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and treatment timelines.
Proven experience drafting detailed medical chronologies and summaries.
Excellent writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with litigation support.
Familiarity with Clio is a plus.
