Overview
Lift Business Resources is hiring a dedicated Paralegal to support a family law firm specializing in divorce, custody, and wills & estates. This part‑time, remote role offers consistent weekly hours, flexibility, and the opportunity to support meaningful legal work.
You’ll work directly with the client’s law firm while also being part of the supportive Lift team. To provide the best service, we require dedicated, distraction‑free time blocks during standard business hours.
What We Offer

Responsibilities
Maintain organized case files and track deadlines
Draft legal documents (pleadings, discovery, financial disclosures, wills, powers of attorney, estate filings)
Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties under attorney supervision
Prepare and submit court filings (including e‑filing)
Conduct legal research and assist with hearing, mediation, and settlement preparation
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a family law paralegal
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient with legal software, Microsoft Office, and court filing systems
Reliable, proactive, and self‑motivated
Able to work focused, distraction‑free during business hours
Seeking steady part‑time work (approx. 20 hours/week)
