We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Call Center Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Manage a team of call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service Monitor call center metrics and provide feedback to team members to improve performance Develop and implement call center policies and procedures Train new call center representatives and provide ongoing training to existing team members Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Requirements:
