Position Memory Care Homemaker – Full Time
Location: Rogers, Arkansas
Compensation Starting wage: $18.00 per hour
Shift Schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Responsibilities
Keeper of the Home – create an inviting, comfortable, homelike, and tidy atmosphere in all apartments and common area spaces.
Mealtime Maven – be present in the dining room to prepare and serve family‑style dining, guiding residents to participate and cleaning up together as a family.
Snack Specialist – ensure all residents are guided to snacks and hydration three times a day.
Caring Connector – be extra hands in the neighbourhood to engage residents and provide meaningful experiences.
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th‑grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude; love residents.
Active; able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Criminally cleared.
