This position will report to the Vice President of Real Estate and will be accountable for overseeing all aspects of Shamrock Trading Corporation’s real estate portfolio, facility operations, construction initiatives, and long-term workplace planning. This role manages day-to-day building operations, system performance, space planning, lease administration, and security operations, while leading construction and renovation projects across all corporate sites. The Director ensures Shamrock’s facilities support the company’s growth, efficiency goals, and employee experience. What You’ll Do Lead the Facilities and Real Estate teams in daily operations across all Shamrock properties. Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, access control, and critical infrastructure). Manage facility maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, repairs, and vendor relationships. Provide complete design and construction oversight for new builds, renovations, expansions, and reconfigurations. Manage architectural and engineering partners through design development, plan review, and preparation of permit-ready construction documents. Direct the full internal project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, buyout, scheduling, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects that align with Shamrock’s operational and growth strategies. Lead strategic planning for long-term facilities needs, capacity forecasting, and multi-year expansion roadmaps. Develop standards for workplace design, construction methods, and building performance to support scalable growth. Evaluate new technologies, building systems, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability. Ensure accurate use, reporting, and planning within the company’s IWMS and real estate management software. Oversee the internal building security team, including physical security operations, access control, and emergency procedures. Ensure alignment of security protocols with building systems and corporate safety standards. Continually analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support long-term organizational growth. Develop and refine facilities standards, maintenance practices, and project delivery methodologies. Ability to travel to across all Shamrock properties nationwide; roughly 20% travel required.
