Available Shifts (with Premium Pay!) We’ve got flexible weekend options and sweet shift premiums.
Saturday – Monday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM → +$6/hr premium
Saturday – Monday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM → +$4/hr premium
Compensation $23 – $40 hourly
Responsibilities
Keep production machinery humming with preventative maintenance and timely repairs.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues—because downtime is the enemy.
Jump into action when urgent maintenance calls come in.
Decode blueprints, schematics, and manuals like it’s second nature.
Tackle motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and more with precision.
Keep everything organized by documenting your work and part usage.
Partner with production teams to keep things running smoothly.
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace—because safety and order are part of the job.
Qualifications
2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (or a rock‑solid mechanical background).
Know‑how in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Hands‑on troubleshooting skills with production equipment.
Comfort with tools, ladders, lifts, and grease under your fingernails.
Flexibility for nights, weekends, and on‑call shifts when needed.
Safety‑first mindset with OSHA knowledge.
Bonus points for food industry experience or maintenance certifications.
