Job Summary And Qualifications The Maintenance Technician is skilled in repair and maintenance of building structures. The role involves proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of facility electrical systems. It requires skills in general repair, painting, and carpentry, and the technician must perform tasks in accordance with standard practices of the building and construction trade.
What you will do in this role
Assist in departmental/hospital projects as needed.
Participate in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement.
Maintain culture and values awareness when dealing with patients, visitors, co‑workers and all other customers.
Promote a supportive, team‑work oriented environment.
Fulfill departmental responsibilities in alignment with the long‑range plan, mission, vision and values of the facility.
Qualifications
5 or more years of experience in healthcare related building construction.
5 years of experience in hospital related electrical systems repair.
