Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour, plus bonus and benefits.
Job Tasks
Read blueprints and build equipment consistent with the print.
MIG welding, hardwire/spray transfer welding, full fabrication.
Verify weldments are within specifications using squares, rulers, and measuring tapes.
Move parts into position manually or with a hoist or crane.
Set up and operate fabricating machines to cut, form, punch, and drill components, including handheld plasma cutters, grinders, drill presses, and ironworkers.
Lay out and examine weldments to ensure specifications are met.
Tack‑weld fitted parts together.
Deburr, prepare, and tag parts and weldments for next process.
Check parts for compliance with the Quality Control program guidelines.
Job Requirements
2+ years of welding/fabrication experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Proficient at reading a tape measure.
Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
Previous experience driving a 'hilo'.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
18 years or older.
Valid driver's license.
Seniority Level Entry level.
