Service Department , where the hours are plentiful, and your success is our priority.
As a Main Line Technician at Tucson Subaru, you will work with a wide variety of Subaru vehicles, perform essential maintenance and repair tasks, and provide top‑notch service to our customers.

Immediate Earnings: Guaranteed 8‑hour daily base pay for the first 30 days, plus compensation for all flagged hours beyond that.
Exceptional Pay Potential: In a high‑volume service department where top performers routinely earn six figures.

Performing thorough inspections and recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
Adhering to manufacturer guidelines to ensure high‑quality repairs.
Collaborating with a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on automotive repair experience.
Personal tools required.
A valid driver’s license with a clean record (ASE certification is a plus but not mandatory).
A team‑oriented attitude and a commitment to quality work.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
