Responsibilities
Service, repair, and propose replacement of HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, water heaters, piping, electrical).
Start equipment and adjust to manufacturer and job specifications.
Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve all issues that prevent proper operation.
Provide exceptional customer service: explain system operations, offer solutions, and address concerns.
Document each call: recommendations, repairs, readings, observations; obtain client signatures and collect payments.
Mentor and train junior technicians; provide guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and customer service.
Stay current with emerging HVAC technologies such as smart thermostats and energy‑efficient systems.
Physical Requirements
Physically able to work on HVAC units.
Work in extreme cold or heat depending on season.
Prolonged standing, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 4 years of driving experience and age 21 or older. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
