Position Overview
Our organization, a renowned leader in the construction industry, is seeking a passionate and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HVAC systems in both commercial and residential buildings. Base Pay Range
$40.00/hr - $55.00/hr Shift / Hours
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime available). Benefits

Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and chillers to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures. Troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Provide excellent customer service, including responding to emergency calls and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay up‑to‑date with advancements in HVAC technology and integrate them into operations where necessary. Document all service and repair information accurately and submit it in a timely manner. Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician with a focus on chillers and HVAC systems. Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex HVAC issues. Strong knowledge of current HVAC technology and industry best practices. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaborative skills. Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy equipment. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. HVAC certification or equivalent is preferred. Additional Information
