We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment across a variety of commercial, institutional, and public-facility buildings. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and experienced working in the field with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, AHUs, VRF systems, boilers, pumps, and chillers. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; replace components such as motors, sensors, valves, belts, and controls. Conduct equipment inspections, performance testing, and system verification. Document all work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future service. Respond to service calls and emergency requests in a timely, professional manner. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, building codes, and industry best practices. Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with building staff and management. Qualifications
3–5 years of commercial HVAC service experience required. Strong understanding of refrigeration, electrical systems, and HVAC controls. Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation. EPA Universal Certification required; additional trade licenses or certifications preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage daily service schedules. Benefits
