Qualifications
Knowledge of boilers, compressors, and HVAC systems, as well as electrical and plumbing systems.
Patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition to interact with residents at varying maturity levels.
Able to move intermittently throughout the work day.
Preferred: two (2) years experience in similar field.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as pumps, engines, motors, HVAC systems, refrigeration, and other mechanical or electrical components.
Adjust components using electrical meters and testing equipment.
Clean and lubricate parts.
Test equipment performance and record readings.
Install limited plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical devices, refrigeration, and air‑conditioning equipment.
Work on a rotation basis with other maintenance personnel for after‑hours and weekend emergencies.
