Now, we’re looking for skilled Cutter Operators to join our growing team.
Position: 2nd Pressman (Electrician) Join our fast‑paced, high‑tech printing environment as an Electrician where you’ll keep complex production equipment running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems across our facility—helping ensure our presses, bindery equipment, and building systems operate safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands‑on problem solving, varied challenges, and supporting a team that produces high‑quality printed products, this role is an excellent fit.
What You’ll Do
Perform electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair on presses, bindery equipment, and facility machinery
Maintain, install, and repair electrical components such as motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, switches, and control systems
Conduct routine electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
Assist with machine setup, calibration, and system adjustments as needed
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues quickly
Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation
Support facility electrical needs, including lighting, circuitry, and power distribution
What You Bring
Electrical License required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical school or electrician certification preferred
1-5 years experienced rinting or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors, drives, control circuits, and PLC troubleshooting
Experience working with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read electrical blueprints and technical schematics
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
Solid understanding of safety practices and electrical codes
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements Walking 50% | Standing 50%. Lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying 50 lbs. and more.
