Job Description The base salary for this position is $33.21 hourly.
Under supervision, take responsibility proactively for the service and maintenance of a golf cart fleet, utility vehicles, beverage carts, and driving range equipment. Establishes a monthly bumper-to-bumper preventive maintenance program required for operational efficiency. Performs related tasks as required by management.
Maintain and service golf cart fleet, utility vehicles, beverage carts, and driving range equipment
Develop and implement a monthly preventive maintenance program exceeding manufacturer recommendations
Perform diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, rebuilding, and modification of components
Conduct general overhaul of golf cart fleet and maintain proper inventory of parts
Retrieve and repair golf carts experiencing mechanical difficulties on the course
Ensure maintenance work area is clean, safe, and compliant with HIOSH requirements
Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Communicate effectively with employees and guests
Comply with company policies, safety guidelines, and departmental procedures
Qualifications Education and Licensing:
High School Diploma preferred
Valid Hawaii State driver's license required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in golf/electric cart fleet maintenance
Minimum 5 years of experience in each: fabrication, MIG welding, arc welding, and body and fender painting
