Robotic Welder
Riverside, CA (Onsite, Monday‑Friday) — 6‑month contract to hire, $23‑$25 an hour (W2). Immediate hire. Responsibilities
Program, operate, and maintain robotic welding systems to produce high‑quality components. Work with carbon and stainless steel, ensuring precision and efficiency in automated welding processes. Interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot robotic systems to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, ISO, and OSHA standards, and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize welding programs and improve production efficiency. Document production data and quality control records accurately. Assist in designing and building fixtures and jigs for production needs. Meet production output and quality standards. Perform additional duties assigned to support manufacturing and company goals. Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent. 2+ years of experience in robotic welding systems. Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding processes; TIG experience is a plus. AWS certification or technical diploma in robotics/automation preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols. Forklift certification and mechanical aptitude. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills. Legal authorization to work in the United States and effective English communication skills.
