D Shift (6PM-6AM) We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler (Manufacturing Operator) to join our team in Winchester, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging products or components according to manufacturing specifications and quality standards. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet customer expectations and company standards. Responsibilities
Assemble and package products or components following operator instruction sheets and specifications Perform routine inspections to ensure product quality and compliance Accurately report defects, process issues, or equipment malfunctions using computer systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Identify and report safety concerns in accordance with company policies Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be able to lift 40lbs Preferred Qualifications
Must be a team player and able to communicate effectively with co-workers and leadership Forklift experience preferred Seniority level
