Perform alignments, oil changes, brake jobs, etc. on various vehicles.
Perform tire rotations and replacements to ensure optimal tire performance.
Identify upselling opportunities such as air filters, wiper blades, alignments, etc.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a tire, lube, or mechanical technician or in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to use tire machines and tools effectively and safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy tires and equipment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
