Automated Machine Operator 3rd Shift – Multimatic

Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Follow all established company policies and procedures.
Perform all functions of machine operation, setup, and changeover.
Keep machines in good working order and communicate clearly with supervisor, shift, and technical services.
Review process book daily for new quality or process changes and implement required countermeasures.
When applicable to equipment line, butt weld and load new coils safely.
Make tooling adjustments and changes as needed.
Re‑teach or touch up robotic points when necessary.
Perform troubleshooting, minor machine and tool repair, and preventative maintenance.
Assist skilled trades in troubleshooting, machine repair, die repair, and preventative maintenance.
Assist other automated machine operators with troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate and real‑time production and quality reporting.
Ensure all equipment logs are filled out accurately.
Participate in corrective action or continuous improvement activities when required.
Safely and efficiently perform all assignments.
Meet all quality standards as outlined in process books and inspection instructions.
Rework product as required.
Attend future training deemed necessary for this position.
Operate a forklift at level 4 or above.
Perform loading, unloading, and assembly operations as required by the assigned machine.
Effectively train future individuals for this position.
Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor or designee.

Salary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00
