Description In this role you will be responsible for providing ground support to arriving and departing aircraft and for delivering efficient, professional, and courteous service to crew members and their passengers. Additionally, you will perform daily Line Service operations safely and accurately.
Responsibilities
Greet, park, tow, and marshal arriving and departing aircraft.
Fuel aircraft as requested.
Move passenger/crew cars as required.
Ground service handling.
Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed.
Assist with general cleaning of debris from ramps, building and customer areas.
Perform quality control inspections and procedures of re-fueler vehicles and fuel farm as directed by your supervisor.
Provide oil service for aircraft.
Refuel fuel vehicles.
Maintain all associated records.
Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
Work with accuracy and eye for detail.
Provide excellent customer service.
Carry out all duties with kindness, care, and respect for customers and team members.
Perform all work with emphasis on safety and security.
Communicate with Customer Service professionally to meet all customers' needs.
Carry out all responsibilities with honesty and transparency.
