Position Overview We’re actively seeking experienced
CNC Mill Operators
to join our high‑performance team. In this role, you will program and operate 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis CNC machines to produce complex tooling components with extreme precision. From complete setup and part alignment to close collaboration with our CAM team and shop floor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Program and run multi‑axis CNC milling machines
Perform setups and alignments with minimal supervision
Communicate with CAM programmers and fellow machinists to coordinate job status and priorities
Produce high‑tolerance components using the most efficient machining strategies
Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for optimal results
Maintain an organized, detail‑oriented approach to part completion
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
Experience with PC operation and G‑code programming
Safety‑conscious with effective communication and teamwork skills
Completion of a Machine Trades program at a technical high school or 2‑year college is a plus
