Lead Foreman : Interiors Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Foreman specializing in Interiors Construction to oversee and manage interior construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency throughout all phases of the project. Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for interiors projects. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all construction regulations. Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, effectively. Inspect work progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
