CNC Machinist

Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in St. Charles, MO, 63304. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise to create precision components that meet our high standards. Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet company standards.

Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with various CNC machines and tools.

Good communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
