Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with various machining tools and equipment, including lathes and mills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a machining environment.
