What You'll Do Bring Projects to Perfection
Execute punch lists with precision: cabinetry adjustments, trim carpentry, hardware installation, crown molding, paneling, and finish details
Repair or replace defective materials to ensure flawless aesthetics
Deliver top-tier craftsmanship that reflects Norfolk's reputation for excellence
Partner with Project Teams
Collaborate with Project Managers to complete organized, timely punch lists
Communicate proactively about field conditions, materials, or potential delays
Document completed work with photos and updates in our project management system
Represent Norfolk in Customer Homes
Provide a professional, courteous presence during the final phase of each project
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas with minimal disruption to homeowners
Be the trusted face of Norfolk Companies when it matters most
Uphold Safety & Quality Standards
Follow all Norfolk safety policies and OSHA standards
Maintain required PPE and jobsite protocols
Keep work areas clean and properly dispose of all debris and materials

Requirements
Advanced finish carpentry skills required; must be able to perform high-end cabinet, trim, and millwork installation.
General carpentry, cabinet installation, product quality knowledge
Extensive experience in residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full interior renovations.
Ability to read design layouts and interpret specifications with precision.
Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to troubleshoot field conditions independently.
Strong communication skills; must be able to clearly report status and elevate issues to PMs.
Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar field management tools preferred.
Solid time management skills and ability to meet simultaneous timelines.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and superior organizational skills
Ability to assess problems, find root cause and resolve to customer satisfaction
Willingness to be flexible, taking on both challenging and non-challenging tasks
Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Education and Experience
5+ years' experience in residential finish carpentry or high-end remodeling work.
Prior experience working with kitchen and bathroom cabinetry required.
Knowledge of remodeling and construction
Knowledge of cabinetry and installation
Ability to read detailed cabinet layout and plans
Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily to job sites throughout Eastern MA or Southern NH.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in confined residential spaces.
Comfortable working in active home environments, often in occupied spaces.
Must provide own basic hand tools. Additional job-specific tools may be provided by the company.
Able to walk over uneven surfaces
May assist with cabinet install on job site
