The laser systems group manufactures complex laser processing systems. Critical components of these systems are optics and optical assemblies.

Responsibilities

Build electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies for lasers

Build optical and fiber assemblies

Reading blueprints or schematics

Test and measurement

Troubleshooting

Repair

Requirements

High-School education in Electronics

Electronics, optics or fiber training and understanding

Electronics, soldering, optics, fiber or component level assembly

Ability to read and follow written instructions and schematics

Data entry skills

Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime are essential functions of this job

Employment Type Non-Exempt

Wage Information MA: 17.49 - 23.18/hr

US Benefits Information Pay Range:

The pay range on this posting applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location posted, the applicable range could differ. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
