General Maintenance Worker - Part‑time
Donohoe Hospitality Services
is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to support the operation and maintenance of its facilities in Culpeper, VA. This temporary position is Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., expected to last 6–8 weeks.
Responsibilities
Assist Engineers and mechanics as directed.
Perform general maintenance and repair of building surfaces.
Repair mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems.
Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
Place or remove systems and equipment as directed.
Conduct daily tours and log equipment readouts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of building maintenance experience.
Experience in carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, and mechanical building systems.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
