What You’ll Be Doing
Perform skilled carpentry work, including repairs and installations of wood, drywall, doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring.
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures in residential properties.
Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately according to specifications.
Assist with unit renovations, including cabinetry, trim, and other finish carpentry tasks.
Diagnose and resolve structural and cosmetic issues in rental units.
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with:
Drywall, painting, and carpentry
Plumbing (including sweating copper pipe)
Electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
Ability to demonstrate technical skills during the interview process
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
A positive, team-oriented mindset
