Large Machine Operator | Mon‑Thur 7pm‑7am
Marmon Utility LLC, a division of Marmon Holdings (Berkshire Hathaway), offers a role focused on completing final processes on cable using large machines specific to order/products.
Essential Job Functions:
Review documentation / work orders.
Set up, monitor, and operate large machines (large armorer, cabling machine, parallel and strip line, pulling eyes). Perform take off/payout tasks.
Move, load, and unload reels of product and component parts.
Guide and thread cable into machinery.
Splice wires; cap and tie down ends; wrap product.
Monitor quality.
Operate forklift and change propane cylinders.
Document work.
Communicate with supervisor.
Clean work area.
Train employees.
Participate in team meetings.
Perform other assigned tasks.
