Training Shift: Mon-Thur 7pm-7am Working Shift: Mon-Thur 7pm-7am Essential Job Functions
Review documentation / work orders Set up work process / machinery Operate, monitor, and adjust extrusion machinery Set up and operate process aids Monitor quality and perform quality checks Clean machine and associated components, clean tooling Perform cable splices as required during pay off reel change Operate forklift, powered moving equipment, and change propane cylinders Operate wire scrapper Generate labels, apply to product, and document in the ERP database Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor promptly. Qualifications
Education, Experience, and Knowledge Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in cable or wire manufacturing. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Physical fitness to handle heavy equipment and the ability to stand for extended periods. Knowledge
Familiarity with production line management and quality assurance standards. Competence in basic computer skills for data entry and record‑keeping. Effective communication skills for reporting and team coordination.
