Ensure all components are of sufficient quality and feed them into the machine.
Operate machines to produce optimal quantity of product within specified tolerances.
Make adjustments to machines in order to maintain consistency and quality.
Continuously checks for adherence to specifications such as powder charge, bullet pull, bullet push and packaging components.
Use inventory and manufacturing software programs.
Follow all safety procedures.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Technical abilities
Detail oriented
Self-Motivated
Ability to problem solving and trouble Shooting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well within a team environment
Ability to multitask
Education and Experience:
Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
Must have mechanical aptitude
Ability to perform basic math skills, as well as weight, volume and length measurements
