Job Description Role Overview : To service and support manufacturing operations by maximizing production output through expedient machine repair, procurement of repair parts, preventive maintenance, safety, and maintaining building systems.
Compensation : $32–$40 per hour based on skill set with $1.20 night shift premium and 1.5x pay on Sundays.
Schedule : 2‑2‑3 12‑hour night shift (5:45 p.m.–6:00 a.m.).

Responsibilities
Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities.
Performs necessary repairs on equipment.
Creates and understands the work order process using SAP.
Problem‑solves issues concerning equipment operation and manufacturing processes that affect maximizing output.
Involved in developmental project work with R&D, manufacturing, and outside equipment and parts vendors.
Functions as part of the technical resources for on‑site staff.
Applies knowledge of procedures, work instructions, and associated forms as required by the Key Area Leader.

Ability to move toward the work without being directed.
Experience with shop tools.
Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshooting PLCs (Allen‑Bradley 500 and 5000).
Must be able to wire up to 480 V systems for industrial machinery.
What We Want From You
Associate’s degree in electro‑mechanical or related field preferred.
PLC troubleshooting experience.
Previous experience in an industrial setting working with machine processes, schedules, and a variety of individuals in the manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
