What You Bring
3+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
EPA certification required.
Ability to train and mentor apprentices.
Strong understanding of ductwork, HVAC system design, and blueprints.
Knowledge of low‑voltage wiring.
Skilled in system testing and air balancing.
Safety‑focused and physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
Self‑motivated, organized, and dependable.
