What We’re Looking For
3+ Years of HVAC Technician Experience
Valid Driver’s License & Insurable Driving Record
Universal EPA Certification (required)
HVAC Technical School Certificate (completed formal training program)
Ability to Read Wiring Diagrams & Blueprints
Experience with a Wide Range of Equipment (heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, etc.)
Hands‑On Repair & Replacement Experience
Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, and Air Conditioning Experience
NATE Certification (preferred, but not required – we’ll help you earn it)
Tools: Must have necessary tools for the job (we’ll help you get what you need)
