Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Kubota Service Technician to join our team, providing expert maintenance and repair services for a wide range of heavy equipment, including farm machinery, industrial equipment, and construction vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands‑on experience with various tools, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and contribute to the efficient operation of our clients’ machinery.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Kubota equipment, including tractors, excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other heavy machinery.

Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, and electrical diagnostics.

Read and interpret schematics, OEM manuals, and technical service bulletins to accurately troubleshoot issues.

Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to complete repairs efficiently.

Conduct heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely during repair or installation processes.

Perform assembly and disassembly of machinery components as needed for repairs or upgrades.

Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functioning before returning it to service.

Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all repairs performed.

Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly to clients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a dealership mechanic or service technician specializing in heavy equipment or farm machinery.

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands‑on experience in automotive diagnostics, hydraulic systems, transmissions, air brakes, alignment, HVAC systems, diesel engine repair, tire service, welding, soldering, and electrical troubleshooting.

Experience working with OEM parts and schematics is highly preferred.

Ability to operate heavy equipment such as excavators, forklifts, crane trucks, tractor‑trailers, and other industrial machinery safely and effectively.

Familiarity with fabrication techniques and assembly processes.

Excellent problem‑solving skills combined with strong customer service abilities.

Ability to lift heavy components safely and work in physically demanding environments.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
