Responsibilities
Perform automotive diagnostics on diesel trucks, utilizing mechanical knowledge and hand tools to identify and resolve issues.
Conduct regular vehicle maintenance tasks, including working on transmissions, air brakes, alignments, hydraulics, suspensions, and HVAC systems.
Utilize dealership experience and premium skills to work on a variety of heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, Caterpillar machinery, forklifts, and farm machinery.
Provide exceptional customer service while servicing vehicles, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Handle heavy lifting tasks as needed and perform tire services, welding, and soldering when required.
Operate and maintain industrial equipment efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Possess a valid driver's license and CDL to operate vehicles, including Caterpillar machinery.
Utilize computer skills to access schematics and efficiently diagnose and repair equipment.

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
2 years’ experience as a general technician in a dealership or related truck service facility
Basic computer skills
Regular, predictable and full attendance is an essential function of the job
