We are seeking a skilled Metal Finisher/Cabinet Sander to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing metal surfaces and cabinets for finishing by sanding, grinding, and polishing. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform sanding, grinding, and polishing of metal surfaces and cabinets to achieve desired finish quality.
Inspect surfaces for defects, imperfections, and irregularities, and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
Use hand and power tools, including sanders, grinders, and buffers, to smooth and finish surfaces.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and address any issues that arise.
